Every day is full of experiences. Through them, children naturally learn new skills. We establish friendly relationships with the children and develop their thinking and emotions. We organize the timetable of each day democratically, teaching children mutual respect and the art of negotiation.
Children participate in several clubs every day, where they develop important skills and their personality. We develop imagination and creativity in a playful way. Our unique methodology combines clubs and long-term themes into a natural whole.
We are a close-knit team and create a friendly and caring atmosphere in the kindergarten. A good teacher personality is crucial to the culture of the establishment, so we select the members of the teaching team really carefully.
Start-up kindergarten in Karlín is an amazing place. Our daughter has been going there since she was 20 months old for morning and later afternoon attendance. There has never been a problem with anything. Everything can be agreed upon with the management. My daughter praises the rich program of clubs, sports, creative activities, every day and every week is different, and she enjoys it a lot. I, on the other hand, am glad for the feeling of security and safety, the healthy and balanced home-cooked meals that the children also enjoy and the programme that I could not offer her at home on parental leave. A small kindergarten where the teachers are very active with the children, both inside and in the playground. Their personal respectful approach hits you in the eye as soon as you enter. They never forced my daughter to do anything and always waited for her to engage herself in the varied programme. Also delicious food, pancakes with yogurt for snack and similar goodies. 👍🏻

We have been going to Start-up Kindergarten Karlín with our son since he was 1.5 years old. We graduated from the nursery and then moved to the kindergarten. The kindergarten completely fulfills my expectations of the content and program, which is fun and educational for the children at the same time, including English and yoga. But what I appreciate the most is the individual approach to the children and parents. Thanks to this, my son and I managed everything stress-free and calm. By that I mean that we unplugged, dealt with individual diet and last but not least, we managed various mentally and educationally stressful situations. For us, simply a divine kindergarten!!! 😊

My son is attending Start-up školka for one year already. He started when he was 20 months old and adapted with no drama and likes it now very much. Food is delicious and offers rich variety. All teachers are very kind and gentle and do activities even with small kids. The premises have several rooms and one gym as opposed to the classical environment where everyone sits in one big room.

Outside the opening hours of the kindergarten we offer rental of our premises for weekend events, workshops or children’s parties. Take advantage of the atmosphere of our venue with a capacity of up to thirty people. Two children’s playrooms, a gymnasium, an art studio, a fully equipped kitchen, a changing room for big and small, all in one place.
Every year we also prepare a summer programme for children, which you can sign up for as you wish – for a week, two weeks, a month or the whole holiday. Our excellent teachers are happy to take care of children who do not normally come to us. Join us for an unforgettable vacation full of fun and lessons!
Dance, yoga or English. Our clubs for children from the age of four are also open to those who do not come to our daily programme. In addition, you can try out a club to see if it suits you and your children. The first lesson is free.
